the location was great easy access to everything on the strip the gym is well-equipped.

the water was shut off in our room for hours i could not shower or brush my teeth i told the front desk the outage was planned they did not give advanced warning.

the location was excellent, very walkable to many places i wanted to visit.

Check-in was mostly at a kiosk, so i had to search for a staff member to ask about the upgraded room and late checkout. many people stood in line to ask employees questions the kiosk couldn't answer, yet only two employees were near the front desk. the hallways looked grimy, with stained carpets and dirty walls. I didn't want to touch anything in public areas.

The room was spacious with useful space and furniture. I appreciated the selection of restaurants available. The location is central and makes it easy to reach many destinations.

The front desk is automated so it is hard to find someone to answer questions. There was no housekeeping during my four-night stay, so I didn't get new towels or cleaning. The resort fee feels excessive because only two devices can connect to the WiFi.
